Credits land in your wallet from a handful of sources. Subscriptions cover the bulk — invites and the sign-up gift exist to lower the barrier for trying credit-only features.

Subscriptions ship with monthly generation quotas. When the monthly bucket is exhausted on credit-convertible features, your wallet credits automatically pick up the slack.

Buy a credit pack from Pricing for a one-time top-up. Useful when you need a burst of generations beyond your plan quota without upgrading the tier.

What costs credits

Basic generation runs on your plan quota at no credit cost. Heavier or post-processing features (staging, edit, 3D, floorplan) draw from credits once your monthly bucket is empty.

Common questions

Do credits expire?

The sign-up gift expires in 30 days. Invite reward credits expire in 30 days. Credits purchased through subscriptions or credit packs follow the expiration policy printed on the Pricing page at the time of purchase.

Why does basic generation not consume credits?

Architecture and Interior generators run on plan quota. Free tier ships with ~20 generations / month — enough to evaluate the product. Heavier paths (staging, edit, 3D mesh, floorplan) are credit-convertible because their compute cost per call is materially higher.

What happens if a generation fails?

Failed runs are not charged. The reservation is released back to your wallet within seconds. If you ever see a stuck "editing" or "processing" state for more than a few minutes, contact support — we can manually unblock and refund.

Can I get a refund on unused credits?

Subscription billing follows the standard 14-day window per the Terms of Service. One-time credit packs are non-refundable once any portion has been spent. Reach out via Contact for edge cases.
